Caesarea – Kishinev
A Partnership Agreement was signed between the Global Helping Hand Forum and the Esther Foundation.
Esther Foundation, founded in 2022 and based in the Republic of Moldova in Kishinev, is a non-profit organization involved in restoring cultural diversity in Bessarabia. It has re-established relations with the Jewish diaspora who emigrated from Bessarabia to over 40 countries worldwide, focused on people, preserving memory, and returning to the origins and objects of historical importance.
The Helping Hand Global Forum declares its will to support the Esther Foundation’s activities and projects in Israel, Europe, and worldwide based on mutual partnership and an understanding of a shared vision.
As a new Helping Hand Global Forum family member, the Esther Foundation will be invited to participate in the Helping Hand Global Forum public regional and international projects and events.
Denis Rosca, Chairman of Esther Foundation, and Alexander Sitnyakovsky will join the International Council of Helping Hand Global Forum.
