The meeting was initiated by Dr. Andrzej Gąsiorowski, Chairman of the Helping Hand Global Forum, and Prof. Danny Chamovitz, President of Ben-Gurion University (BGU) in Israel. The gathering included senior representatives from the Silesian Academy in Katowice, Poland, and Ben-Gurion University (BGU), Israel.
