Moshe Miller plays a central role in the City of Hope – Gaza Reconstruction Initiative, a transformative humanitarian and urban development program aimed at rebuilding lives and restoring dignity for hundreds of thousands of people in the region.
The initiative, backed by a global coalition of many international organizations in many countries, aims to establish a modern, resilient, and self-sufficient city that provides permanent housing, employment, public services, and sustainable infrastructure.
As a co-leader of the initiative alongside Dr. Andrzej Gasiorowski, Chairman of the Helping Hand Global Forum, Mr. Miller brings four decades of engineering and infrastructure experience to one of the most ambitious reconstruction efforts in the Middle East.

A son of Polish Holocaust survivors, Mr. Miller is deeply committed to humanitarian work. Through the Helping Hand Global Forum, Mr. Miller promotes regional development, humanitarian aid, and cross-cultural cooperation in the Middle East, Europe, and beyond.
