Invitation to the Gulf International Conference on Regionalism 2025

Dear Helping Hand Global Forum members and partners:

We are pleased to invite you to the International Bay Conference for Regionality 2025 — Israel’s flagship event, showcasing the strategic importance and potential of the Haifa Bay region. This event brings together business leaders, government officials, and investors to explore new opportunities for growth and international collaboration.

For the fourth year in a row, the Association of Cities of the Gulf Municipalities Cluster is holding the 2025 Gulf International Conference on Regionalization.

The 2025 Conference is taking place at a fascinating time of geostrategic change in the region, which brings new economic opportunities. Haifa Bay, thanks to its unique location on the Mediterranean coast and advanced infrastructure, is naturally a strategic gateway connecting the Israeli, European, and Middle Eastern markets.

The changing geopolitical reality, including developments in the Abraham Accords and the strengthening of connectivity in the region through the Middle East-Europe Economic Corridor (IMEC), through Haifa Bay. These changes emphasize the need for a broad, long-term vision from all parties and partners to strengthen the Bay Area and the Haifa metropolitan area as an anchor and growth engine for the entire northern region.

The 2025 Gulf International Conference on Regionalism and its various events will take place between November 10-12 at the Haifa Congress Center, which will include components to promote exposure to international markets, encourage exports, attract investments, and international cooperation – with an emphasis on the worlds of economic development, employment, energy, tourism, innovation and strategic collaborations – all for the benefit of strengthening both the regional and national economies.
