Andre Gasiorowski, Chairman of Helping Hand Global Forum and Peace Ambassador of the WPC (World Peace Council), joined Sheik Kasem Bader, Chairman of the WPC, and the WPC delegation for a special meeting with H.E. Abdirahman Mohamed Abdullahi, President of the Republic of Somaliland.

The event was hosted by the Friends of Zion Museum in Jerusalem.

Israel was the first country in the world to recognize Somaliland as an independent nation. During this first-ever official visit by the Somaliland President to Israel, Somaliland opened its Embassy in Jerusalem, becoming the first Muslim nation in the world to do so and the eighth nation to establish a diplomatic mission in the city.
