During the week of memorial and preparation leading up to Israel’s Holocaust Remembrance Day (April 18th) and Independence Day (April 26th), an American ballet company called Ballet Magnificat! arrived in Israel with fourteen professional dancers to perform “The Hiding Place,” a story of “hope in the midst of suffering.”
On November 27th, Helping Hand Global Forum hosted a joyful celebration of life, unity, and reconciliation at the Grand Court Hotel in Jerusalem. Organized by an Asia-Pacific group, the event began at the entrance of the hotel, where two hundred survivors from The Jerusalem Society for Holocaust Survivors were welcomed with cheers, waving flags, and dancing.
On September 14th, in the Jonah Convention Center at the Vert Lagoon Hotel in Netanya, over three hundred participants celebrated the work and history of the organization along with the 10th anniversary of Helping Hand Global Forum!
